Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every guest to book with confidence. This policy sets out what happens when a flight is cancelled — by you or by us — and how refunds are handled.

If you cancel

Refunds depend on how far ahead of your scheduled departure you let us know:

  • 96 hours or more before — full refund (100%).
  • Between 48 and 96 hours before — 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before — non-refundable.

You may also choose to reschedule instead of cancelling, subject to availability.

If we cancel

Safety comes first. If we cancel because of poor weather or a technical issue with the aircraft, you can choose a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.

Check-in and late arrival

Please check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Flights run to a schedule and may depart on time regardless of late arrivals, so a guest who misses check-in is treated as a no-show and the booking is non-refundable. Allow time for traffic and parking.

How refunds are processed

To request a refund, complete and sign our refund form and provide the supporting details we ask for. Approved refunds are transferred to your nominated bank account within 7 working days.
