Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and flight with Luxury Helicopter Tours Dubai. By making a booking you accept them on behalf of every passenger in your party.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and the required payment is received. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change until your booking is confirmed.

Check-in and late arrival

Please check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Flights operate to a schedule; we may release a flight as planned and cannot be responsible for guests who arrive late. Late arrival that misses check-in is treated as a no-show.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made 96 hours or more before departure receive a full refund; between 48 and 96 hours, a 50% refund; within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or technical reasons you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail.

Passengers, age and accessibility

  • Every passenger aged 2 and over requires their own paid seat.
  • Infants under 2 years cannot be carried.
  • Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Expectant mothers may fly up to 32 weeks; we recommend medical clearance beforehand.
  • Guests with reduced mobility are welcome when accompanied by a companion who can assist with boarding and disembarking.

Weight and seating

For safety and balance, accurate passenger weights must be provided in advance and seating is assigned by the crew. On shared flights the limit is 110 kg per passenger; guests above this may need to purchase an additional seat. Private charters carry a maximum total payload of 450 kg per aircraft.

Conditions of carriage and prohibited items

The pilot and crew may refuse to carry any passenger or item considered unsafe or disruptive to the flight. Hazardous materials, explosives, weapons, flammable liquids and outside food or drink are not permitted on board.

Safety and pilot discretion

All flights operate under GCAA regulations. The pilot in command has final authority and may delay, alter, divert or cancel a flight for safety, weather or operational reasons. Routes and landmarks are indicative and can vary with conditions and air traffic.

Photography and belongings

Personal photography is welcome with devices kept inside the cabin. Secure loose items; we are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the experience.

Insurance and operating conditions

Insurance is provided in line with UAE Civil Aviation regulations. Flights operate year-round, daily, subject to prevailing weather, from our Dubai heliports.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of its courts.
